Coming back from Ohio in July (visiting Msgr. Dennis Metzger), I still had a few vacation days before returning to the parish. I decided to go to Central Oregon, a favorite destination of mine, to a beautiful resort community called Sunriver. The weather was glorious, and most of the pictures below were taken in the early morning or in the late evening. While at Sunriver, I also visited Christmas Valley and the Peter Skene Ogden State Park over the Crooked River. Trains still cross this high trestle.
