I had a few days in the summer of 2016 before leaving for Ireland (see "Travel"), so I headed east to see Msgr. Dennis Metzger. Since it was a short visit, we only had time to tour around Toledo/Sylvania (yes, there ARE some things to see!). As you can see from the El Greco to the left, Toledo has a fabulous art museum—far beyond its standing as a mid-size midwest city. The highlight, however, was a trip to the Stratford Shakespeare Festival in Stratford, Ontario. We saw Macbeth—a great production.
