Msgr. Dennis Metzger came west in 2007, and we headed south for our vacation. Our first stop was Ashland, to visit with Dennis's nephew, Ben, a helicopter pilot. Then, on to San Francisco, touring Alcatraz, Angel Island, China Town, etc. The weather was great! Heading back north, we stopped at Klamath Falls and stayed at the Running Y Ranch, a new resort. And finally, to Portland, the City of Roses. Another great trip!
