Chicago . . . "proud to be Hog Butcher, Tool Maker, Stacker of Wheat, Player of Railroads, and Freight Handler to the Nation." Carl Sandburg had it right, maybe even underplaying the important role of Chicago in the development of our country. I call it the "City of Architecture," and these pictures show why. They were taken over a few days in the summer of 2018. A great visit to a great city!
