The Palm Springs Air Museum is an aviation museum in Palm Springs, adjacent to the Palm Springs International Airport. The museum is large, with five themed hangars, outdoor displays, and a visitor center. Many of the museum's planes have been used in movies and fly in air shows. The air museum opened in 1996, and it is a popular spot in Palm Springs. I had one day of overcast skies, and a bit of rain, so I decided to visit the museum. It was well worth it. I am a big fan of both planes and trains!
