Leaving Blarney Castle, we arrive in Killarney, County Kerry, for a two-nights stay. Killarney is the gateway to the Ring of Kerry and the southwest coast of Ireland. We had Mass at Pugin-designed St. Mary's Cathedral (1855), stopped for Irish coffee along the road, then traveled the magnificent coastline of the Ring of Kerry. These pictures hardly do justice to the beauty of sea and land on the Iveragh Peninsula. We concluded with a great show of Irish song and dance.
