It might have been the influence of C. J. Box, a popular author I enjoy, whose "Joe Pickett" series takes place in Wyoming, but in mid-July I made a spur-of-the-moment decision to visit one of my favorite places on earth: Grand Teton National Park. As luck would have it, I was able to stay at the Jackson Lake Lodge. The weather was perfect, the sky was clear, and I took hundreds of pictures. I chose 30 to display here—I don't want to overwhelm viewers! As Joe Friday would say, "Just the facts, ma'am." Enjoy!
