We know the Cliffs of Moher exist, but we really didn't get to see them. A thick, impenetrable fog descended on the coast, hiding the cliffs from our sight. When seen, the cliffs rise vertically out of the sea over a five-mile stretch, sometimes achieving a height of 700 feet. Since there are no railings on the cliffs, we decided to "see the cliffs" in the Visitor Center, an interesting site in itself! We'll save the Cliffs of Moher for our next trip to Ireland!
